Prepare 4 glasses or molds. Moisten them with water. If using glasses or containers for Panna Cotta, moistening is not necessary.
In a mixing bowl, pour milk, heavy cream, orange liqueur, vanilla extract, and then add the content of the Panna Cotta preparation mix.
Mix with an electric mixer at medium speed for exactly 1 minute to get a dessert of the right density, suitable for pouring into glasses. Add grated zest of ½ orange, stir.
Pour the prepared dessert into glasses and place in the refrigerator for two hours or overnight. Take out the Panna Cotta from the containers by turning them onto a plate.
Prepare the coulis by pouring 50 ml of cold water into a bowl and adding the coulis mix. Whisk for about 1 minute.
Add 1 tablespoon of the prepared coulis to the surface of each dessert. Let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Grate the remaining orange zest, then peel and cut the orange into pieces. Garnish the Panna Cotta with orange pieces and sprinkle with grated zest.
Chilling Time: 2 hours or overnight
