    AVOCADO AND CHILI SOUP

    Step1

    Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Wash, clean, and chop the chili pepper, including the seeds. Wash the chicken breasts, pat them dry, and cut them into strips about 1 cm wide.

    Heat olive oil in a heavy soup pot. Fry the onion and garlic until they turn brown, then transfer them to a plate. Add chicken strips to the pot and fry them until browned on all sides. Add the chili pepper, Tabasco, and the fried onion and garlic mixture, stir, then add the chicken broth. Simmer on low heat for about 35 minutes.

    Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel it, and slice it into thin slices. Add cilantro and lime juice to the soup, and season everything with salt and pepper. Divide the avocado into individual bowls and pour hot soup over it. Serve immediately.
