Directions
Cheese-Stuffed Burger
In a large bowl, combine ground meat, egg, finely chopped onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients form a homogeneous mixture.
Take a portion of the ground meat mixture and shape it into a patty, roughly the size of your palm. Create a flat circle in your hand, place a slice of cheese in the center, and cover it with another layer of ground meat. Carefully shape the patty, ensuring the cheese is completely enclosed inside.
Repeat the process with the remaining ground meat and cheese until you use all the ingredients.
Heat a little cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the stuffed burgers in the pan and fry them on each side until they become golden brown and thoroughly cooked. This typically takes about 5-7 minutes on each side, but cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the patties.
Once the burgers are cooked, remove them from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Serve the cheese-stuffed burgers with fresh buns, salad, or your preferred side dishes. You can also add additional toppings such as tomatoes, onions, pickles, mustard, or ketchup according to your preference.
