Ingredients

– 600 grams (60 dkg) of chicken (cut into strips or fillets)
– 200 grams (20 dkg) of gorgonzola cheese, chopped into pieces
– 100 ml (1 dcl) of cooking cream
– 100 ml (1 dcl) of white wine
– Butter
– Small onion
– Provencal herb mix or similar seasoning

 Preparation

1. Prepare the Chicken:
– Coat the chicken with the Provencal herb mix or your chosen seasoning.
– Melt some butter in a non-stick pan.
– Fry the seasoned chicken in the butter until fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes.
– Remove the chicken from the pan using a wooden utensil and set aside.

2. Make the Sauce:
– In the same pan, add a small amount of finely chopped onion.
– Sauté the onion until it turns yellow.
– Add the white wine and wait for it to evaporate. Be careful and step back during this process to avoid inhaling the fumes.
– Add the gorgonzola cheese. Once it starts to melt nicely, quickly add the cooking cream.
– Stir until you get a thick, creamy sauce. Smile with satisfaction!

3. Combine and Finish:
– Return the cooked chicken to the pan with the sauce.
