    Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Wash and chop the rosemary. Mix the minced meat with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and rosemary.

    Cut the buns in half and oil the grill grate. Form patties from the seasoned mixture and place them on the grill. Grill the meat for six minutes on high heat, turning occasionally.

    In the last minute, add one or two onion rings per patty. Place the bun halves on the grill with the cut side down. Once they are golden brown, place the patties on them and serve with lettuce, cucumber, tomato slices, ketchup, and/or mayonnaise, and a slice of cheese on each.
