    Step1

    Place all ingredients in a blender (if using coconut oil, warm it slightly to make it liquid) and blend until you achieve a thick and smooth consistency.

    Step2

    If using canned pineapple, you can add a little of the juice for extra sweetness, or if desired, add a tablespoon of honey.

    Step3

    If using frozen pineapple, you do not need to add ice cubes.
