    Step1

    Peel the onion and cut it into strips. Heat the oil and sauté the onion in it for about 5 minutes.

    Stir in the cream and milk, bring to a boil, and let simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

    Wash the meat, pat it dry, and fry it in hot oil in a pan for about 4 minutes, so that it is still pink inside. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from the pan.

    Slice the fillets thinly and place them on a bed of vegetables before serving.
